An alumnus of XLRI, Shebu is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources
(GPHR) from the prestigious Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the US.
During his stint at Birlasoft, he was responsible for launching HR processes and
cross cultural initiatives which have been instrumental in positioning Birlasoft as
a major player in the IT Services space.
